Installation

1. Download the module package
2. Go to Extensions ? Manage ? Install
3. Upload and install the module
4. Go to Extensions ? Modules
5. Create a new module and select "Responsive News Ticker"
6. Configure the module settings
7. Assign to a module position or set as top/bottom fixed

Configuration

General Settings

• Ticker Position: Choose between Top Fixed, Bottom Fixed, or Module Position
• Ticker Width: Set width for module position (pixels or percentage)
• Ticker Height: Set the height of the ticker
• Speed: Adjust scrolling speed in milliseconds
• Scroll Direction: Choose left-to-right or right-to-left
• Pause on Hover: Enable/disable pause when user hovers over ticker
• Label Text: Set custom label text to display before ticker content

Styling Settings

• Label Color: Customize the color of the label text
• Background Color: Set ticker background color
• Content Color: Set text color for ticker content
• Hover Color: Set color for links on hover
• Font Family: Choose from predefined fonts or use custom font
• Font Size: Adjust text size in pixels
• Font Weight: Set to bold or normal

Content Settings

• News Source: Choose between Joomla Articles or Manual HTML
• Categories: Select categories to display articles from (when using Joomla Articles)
• Ordering: Sort articles by Published Date, Created Date, Modified Date, Ordering, Hits, or Random
• Order Direction: Choose Ascending or Descending
• Manual Text: Enter custom HTML content (when using Manual HTML source)

Advanced Settings

• Module Suffix: Add custom CSS class suffix
• Extra CSS: Add additional custom CSS styles
