A Joomla J3.x/J4.x Plugin to insert the rel="nofollow" & target="_blank" attributes only within outgoing links.
Local site links are untouched.
The "nofollow" is an HTML attribute value used to instruct some search engines that a hyperlink should not influence the link target's ranking in the search engine's index.
If the page is from a section or category enabled via the parameters the plugin is parsed unless the page id is specifically excluded.
We have now updated it to exclude chosen authors from having a nofollow link.
