Just upload the package and check if the plugin and library are enabled. Go to your website and load (view) each page of it, that is enough to create image caches with friendly seo extensions. You have the right to exclude the pages you do not want to change its image extensions and also you may destroy all images caches only by one click from the backend of the plugin.
