CB Ajax Text Field
The resulting file fields can be further configured to allow inline frontend Ajax powered editing (in addition to the profile updating method).

This CB Plugin (installed using the CB Plugin Manager and not the Joomla Installer) will add a Ajax Text type option that you can use to create as many Ajax Text fields as you want in your CB user profiles.
