= Is the WCAG module free? =

Yes, we offer a free version of the module for sites with lower traffic up to 5 thousand requests per month. If your site generates more traffic, you can use the paid version, which allows you to handle a larger number of requests. = What data is collected? =

We do not collect any personal data of users. The only information that is recorded by our server is the IP address of the network and the browser agent, which are used only for analytical purposes and monitoring the operation of the service. No data that allows for the identification of the user is collected or stored. We care about the privacy of our users and comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data.

= Can I use a local version of the script? =

No, our solution does not allow you to use a local version of the script. It works on a SaaS license (Software as a Service), which means that the script is hosted on our servers. This form allows for continuous updates of the solution, ensuring compliance with the latest regulations and standards, such as WCAG 2.1 or GDPR. Using a local version, the user would risk lack of updates and possible non-compliance with applicable regulations. In addition, central hosting allows for better security, monitoring of the script's operation and fast technical support, which would not be possible with the local version.

No, the free version does not require any payment details. You can use the full functionality of the free version without having to enter credit card details.

= Can I customize the appearance of the widget to my project? =

Yes, the widget is fully customizable. You can adjust its color palette, change its default position on the page, and enable or disable individual options that are not needed. Additionally, if you want, you can create your own HTML widget, customize the selectors in the module configuration and integrate it with your site. You can find more details in our documentation.

= Can I install this solution on multiple sites at once?=

The number of sites you can install the widget on depends on the plan you choose. In the free package, the widget can be installed on one site. In paid plans, it is possible to install it on more sites – according to the limit assigned to a given plan. The view limit is counted for the entire account, regardless of which site uses it.

= Is the widget compliant with the latest version of WCAG? =

Our widget was designed based on the WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 guidelines and supports many recommended digital accessibility practices. However, it is worth remembering that the widget alone is not able to ensure full compliance with WCAG. Full accessibility of the website also requires properly prepared source code and content compliant with the guidelines. The widget is a significant support in increasing accessibility, but it does not replace a comprehensive approach to the topic.

= Do I need to make any changes to the content of the page to use this solution? =

The module helps to adapt the page to WCAG standards, but some problems, such as incorrect page structure, may require manual correction. The module alone will not solve such problems. If you encounter difficulties in adapting the content of the page, our developers can help you. Contact us for support.

= Does the widget work in different languages? =

Yes, our solution supports multiple languages, including: Czech, German, English, French, Italian, Polish, Slovak, Ukrainian, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Hindi, Arabic, Kazakh and Kashubian. This allows you to easily adapt the solution to your website, regardless of the language it is available in.

The Assist For WCAG plugin is licensed under the terms of the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPLv2+), as required by Joomla. This means that the source code of the plugin is available and you can modify, copy and distribute it under the terms of the GPL.

However, the SaaS solution, including the API and related services that the plugin integrates, is not covered by the GPL. It operates under a separate commercial license. Access to SaaS features requires a valid API token and is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
