J25 Legacy

This plugin adds the following API and constant:
- JHtml::_('behavior.mootools')
- DS

To solve the following errors:
- JHtmlBehavior::mootools not found
- Use of undefined constant DS - assumed 'DS'

Extension Info :

Make Joomla 2.5 -> 3.X upgrades easier. Joomla 3.0 removed a bunch of APIs still used by many extensions. In addition, not all extensions got new versions since 3.X came out.
